A:Yes. We are honored to offer samples to you for quality check, and the cost for samples and shipping freight are paid by customers.

The sample cost will refund to you when formal order for FCL is placed.

2.Q: Do you have the products in stock?
A: We do not have products in stock . All motorcycles including samples are produced according to order requirement , both OEM and ODM are available

3.Q: What’s the delivery time?
A:The regular lead time for MOQ is around 25-35 working days, and the actual delivery time varies for specific orders.

4.Q: Can I mix different models in one container?
A: Yes, Different models can be mixed in one container as long as MOQ for each model is reached.

5.Q: What is your quality control method?
A: Quality is our priority.

We are ISO9001 certified company and conduct ISO9001 quality control system strictly from the raw material purchasing to goods’s delivery, we are the motorcycle manufacturer you can trust.

6.Q: What’s your warranty terms?
A: Warranty terms differ from item to item, the regular warranty term for our motorbike is 1 years or 10000km, Please kindly contact us for details.

7.Q: Will you deliver the right goods as ordered? How can I trust you?
A: The answer is definitely yes!

We will keep you informed from order begin to finishing, and will offer production photos and video to you if needed.

8.Q: Can I go to your workshop?

A: We warmly welcome you to visit to our factory.

We would like to pick you up when you arrive in Guangzhou or Shenzhen airport. Our location is around 2 hours driving from Guangzhou/ Shenzhen airport.
